For $2,500² we pull any necessary documents from the Patent and Trademark Office or US Library of Congress, and, where necessary, we construct a basic claim chart. We then go over possible legal claims with you, and share with you different options you may have ranging from large firm litigation to small firm litigation, to contingency fee litigation, and recommend how to economically proceed. Our intellectual property evaluation program identifies different intellectual property in your organization, shows you how to secure it for your corporation, and what to do if things go wrong. We'll visit your site and meet with your employees and management to see what you have (most customers are amazed at what we find). In addition to covering patent, trademark, copyright, licensing, employee/contractor agreement, and other issues, we'll meet with management and summarize our findings. We will also provide a written report summarizing what we found, and recommending a course of action based on minimal, industry-typical, and aggressive budgets. This evaluation should be completed at least annually.

However, fees for the first IP evaluation typically range from $3000, to under $10,000 (including expenses).
